NPAA offers health and welfare benefits to meet its employees’ individual needs, as well as those of their dependents. Eligible employees have several plans from which to choose that include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
NPAA also offers basic life and basic AD&D insurance coverage, disability and travel insurance coverage to all eligible employees. Supplemental life, supplemental AD&D, spouse and child life insurance coverage are also available at affordable rates.
TIME OFF
NPAA believes one of the keys to maintaining a productive employee base is to offer a competitive time off policy. Eligible employees receive paid time off based on length of service and hours worked in addition to time off for certain designated holidays.

Eligible U.S.-based employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan which provides the opportunity for you to voluntarily accumulate savings on a pre-tax or post-tax basis subject to the IRS elective deferral dollar limit.
